rabitt.ai provides an AI-assisted documentation platform designed to support qualified audit professionals in:

• Generating structured compliance documentation
• Mapping non-conformances to applicable standard clauses
• Assisting with supplemental compliance addenda

The Service is a productivity and drafting tool only.

• It does not provide certification, accreditation, regulatory approval, or legal advice.

3. Professional Responsibility Disclaimer

The Service does not replace professional judgment.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All audit findings, classifications, and determinations remain solely your responsibility.
• All generated content must be independently reviewed and validated prior to submission.
• rabitt.ai does not guarantee audit outcomes, certification results, regulatory compliance, or retailer acceptance.
• You are solely responsible for any documentation submitted to clients, certification bodies, regulatory agencies, or third parties.

4. No Affiliation or Endorsement

rabitt.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any certification body, regulatory authority, standards owner, or retailer.

References to third-party standards are used solely for documentation assistance purposes. All rights remain with their respective owners.

5. AI-Generated Output Disclaimer

The Service utilizes automated systems and artificial intelligence technologies.

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or omissions.
• Clause mappings are advisory suggestions only.
• Severity classifications are non-authoritative.
• Outputs must not be relied upon without independent professional review.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree that you:

• Are a qualified professional or acting under appropriate supervision;
• Have the legal right to upload any data entered into the Service;
• Will not rely exclusively on AI-generated content;
• Will comply with all applicable professional, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding client confidentiality.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload or generate using the Service.

rabitt.ai does not claim ownership of your audit data.

We do not sell user data.

8. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user data, including encryption in transit and controlled access measures.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Third-Party Infrastructure and Processing

The Service may rely on third-party hosting providers and AI processing providers to operate functionality.

By using the Service, you consent to necessary processing of your data by such providers in accordance with their security practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, rabitt.ai shall not be liable for:

• Failed audits
• Certification denials
• Audit appeals
• Regulatory penalties
• Retailer sanctions
• Product recalls
• Business interruption
• Loss of revenue or profits
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

In no event shall rabitt.ai's total aggregate liability exceed the total fees paid by you to rabitt.ai in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless rabitt.ai from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:

• Your reliance on AI-generated output
• Misuse of the Service
• Violation of professional standards
• Unauthorized upload of confidential or proprietary data
• Breach of these Terms

12. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract proprietary system logic;
• Share account credentials;
• Use the Service to impersonate a certification authority;
• Attempt to compromise system security;
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting us.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
